Easy To Use

1. Hold the Scruffer Grill Cleaner so that the inside of the cup is facing up.
   
2. Place the foil ball(s) in the cup.
   Gently press the foil ball(s) down onto the spikes in the bottom of the cup.
   Do not press so hard that the foil ball(s) loses its shape.
3. Force the retaining pin into the foil ball(s) until it snaps in place.
4. After heating up your grill and just prior to cooking, hold the Scruffer by the rubber coated handle.
   Press the foil ball(s) against the grill grates.
5. Move the Scruffer in the same direction as the grates. For hard to remove build up, use the blade opening that's best.
   NOTE: For charcoal grills, best results are had by using the Scruffer just prior to cooking, after flames have subsided to coals.
6. After your grill is clean, simply remove the retaining pin and tap or shake the used foil ball(s) into your recycling container.
   
   For a clean grill every time, we recommend you use a fresh foil ball(s) each time you grill.

Make Your Own Foil Balls

 

Make you own foil ball(s)

by taking a fresh piece of aluminum foil approximately 12"x24" and form it into a 3" ball. You can also use multiple smaller pieces of clean foil that you accumulate in the kitchen. A great way to re-use and recycle your aluminum foil!

Cleaning your Scruffer

To clean the Scruffer, just remove the foil ball and place in dishwasher.
